With reference to:

- Law n. 1.194 dated July 9, 1997 pertaining to Portfolio Management of Securities
and Related Activities in the Principality of Monaco;

- Order n. 13.184 dated September 16, 1997 establishing the conditions of application of law 1.194 dated July 9, 1997, as indicated above;

- The deliberation of the Government Council dated September 17, 1997 communicated to us by our Minister of State;

We have ruled and rule:

ARTICLE 1

The following persons are appointed for a term of three years members of the Control Commission of Portfolio Management and Related Activities.

Mr.     Serge Emsalem,

          Jean Mezzana,

          Marc Lanzerini.

ARTICLE 2

The Secretary of State, the Director of Judicial Services and the Minister of State are, in-so-far as they are concerned, in charge of the publication and enforcement of this Order.
