The New York office was the Firm's original office, and it will may remain the Firm's principal office depending on the Firm's efforts to achieve a combination with another law firm.  The  Firm's New York Office is currently actively seeking a combination with a law firm in Manhattan that is interested in creating an international practice or enhancing an existing practice. The Firm's New York office is currently located at 380 Madison Avenue, 22nd Floor, New York, NY 10017, and the Firm has space at this location on an appointment only basis.  The telephone number there is +1 212 676-3913.  The Firm may be contacted at this location on an appointment only basis until it had achieved combination it seeks.  The Firm no longer maintains any presence on Long Island.
