Principal Offices

	New York	The Firm's New York office is its oldest office and dates to 1972 when Alfred S. Berg and James P. Duffy, III, started the Firm. The New York office is the Firm's main office and may remain so depending on the Firm's plans to combine with another law firm in Manhattan discussed elsewhere on this site.
	Principality of Monaco	The Firm has been in Monaco since the beginning of 1986 when James P. Duffy, III, obtained permission from the Monaco government to conduct an international and American legal practice there. The Firm is the exclusive Lex Mundi and TAGLaw member firm for Monaco.
	Mexico City	The Firm established its Mexico City office in 1999 with Gustavo Brauer. It is the Firm's newest office.
